Chanel make-up artuist Peter Philips designed this glitter psycho concept and no, the glittery face is not the main point in this campaign! There will be a new line of Chanel lip colors -containing sixteen shades- this September.
To me this campaign is very beautiful, but it really does take way too much attention away from the lips. Do you want to sell that lipstick or not?
