Last Saturday it was the 5th of May, which means Liberation Day in the Netherlands. It’s the day World War Two ended for us, so we celebrate. A lot. And we do that with lots of music festivals and other festivities all around the country.
Me and my friend decided to go to the liberation festival in Groningen, which had some really hot artist on it’s line-up. They said it was gonna be extremely cold, but luckily the sun decided to show up so it was great. Unfortunately it was extremely busy, there were people all over the place so we hardly saw any of the artists we wanted to see.
O well, we had some drinks and lots of fun so who cares right? Check out our happy faces enjoying the rare bits of sun we get down here.
